We broke down on the interstate in Knoxville pulling our fifth wheel from Alabama. Thanks to a good neighbor, he put us in touch with Justin who’s shop happened to be about 5 miles from where we were. Justin gave us directions to his shop(we called him back about 5 times worried we were going the wrong way)got us in immediately, fixed and back on the road. He saved our vacation and was so friendly! We know he was very busy and to take time to get us back on the road so quickly was above and beyond great customer service! We are extremely grateful for his kindness!
